The Smith’s wanted to renovate their kitchen. They wanted to do as much as possible on a tight budget.

We kept the layout of the kitchen in the same basic footprint. We removed all of the cabinet doors and drawers. New doors and drawers were installed with all new Blu-motion soft-close hardware. A new island was built and installed in the center of the kitchen. The island cabinet houses two distinctive spice racks. Beautiful new 3cm granite was installed. All new appliances were also installed. The hardwood flooring was repaired and refinished. A new composite sink and faucet were installed. We also installed a very unique stone backsplash. The cabinetry was painted an off white and then wiped with a brown glaze. The center island was stained with the same complimentary glazing color. Finally, the entire kitchen/breakfast area walls were painted in a lovely red tone.

We were able to make the Smith’s very happy, not only with the final product but also by staying within their budget.
