In the Remodeling Industry, the subject of subcontractors has been an ongoing topic of debate. Many Remodeling companies choose to employ any subcontractor that turns in the cheapest bid from project to project. This practice, while earning some companies a profit in the short term, will at some point cost that company many times over. Unfortunately, it is always the home owner that truly pays the cost in the end.

At Masterpiece Renovations, this is not our practice. We have developed strong relationships over many years with our subcontractors. All of our subcontractors are licensed and carry their own Workman’s Comp and Liability Insurance. Developing relationships with quality subcontractors is not something that happens overnight. It is a time consuming and tedious task. Our subcontractors know that they are very much a part of the Masterpiece Renovations Team. They have a vested interest in going the extra mile on all of our projects. They understand that the happier our clients are the more referrals we will both realize.
