David B. Molony
President and Founder

In the summer of 1984, David began work on his first construction project. Over 25 years and thousands of projects later, he has defined his career as a dedicated, knowledgeable, and trustworthy Remodeling Contractor.

While in high school, David honed his skills as a carpenter by attending the area vocational school where he won a number of awards for his millwork talents. Over the next 15 years, he had the unique opportunity to have actual hands-on experience in the Framing, Cabinetmaking, and Roofing Trades. During the following 8 years, David was the Supervising Manager for a Remodeling Company that, while under his supervision, tripled in size. This kind of real-life hands-on experience is just one of the things that separate David from most Remodeling Contractors. (There are just some things that you cannot learn from a book.)

In 2003 David founded Masterpiece Renovations Incorporated; a full service Remodeling Company. From that time until now he has carefully guided Masterpiece Renovations into becoming one of the premier Remodeling Companies in the Tulsa area. As a hands-on owner you can always find him inspecting the work at one of the jobsites. If you ever need to speak with him he is just a phone call away. He is constantly working to stay at the forefront of where the industry is moving. He is currently a member of the National Home Builders Association and the Better Business Bureau. He is also a Trained and Certified Lead Based Paint Renovator. He is currently awaiting certification as Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR).

When you meet him it is very evident that he has a genuine love and passion for the Remodeling Industry. Owning and operating a Remodeling business is not just a job to David, but a truly rewarding experience. The friendships that he has developed over the years are priceless. David lives in the Broken Arrow area with his wife of 26 years. When he is not working, you can find him spending time with his four grandchildren, working at his church, or playing an occasional round of golf.
